Mexican Tomato and Corn Salad

1 T olive oil
1 1/2 c frozen corn
2 c grape tomatoes, halved
1 c feta cheese
2 T cilantro, chopped
1 head Romaine chopped in 2 inch pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 T lime zest
1 T lime juice
1 T white wine vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 T minced garlic (3 garlic cloves)
Heat corn in hot oil. Cool in Fridge. Whisk Dressing and toss with all salad ingredients.
