7 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
2 ½ teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 ½ tablespoons canning or pickling salt
⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup lime juice
12 ounces tomato paste
Simmer 10 minutes
Water bath 15 minutes
