Pannekoeken (German Pancake)

Set oven to 400 degrees and melt 1 stick of butter in 9x13 pan.
Beat 4 eggs and add 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1\4 t. Cinnamon, dash of vanilla and 1\2 t. salt. Add to hot butter and bake 15-20 minutes.
